Lifetime Warranty

ARMIS products are made with eco-friendly recyclable materials that will keep you protected from the elements. Because we use the best materials our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the garment. If a garment fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of similar style with equal value will be sent to the consumer. 

Please note that this warranty does not cover any repairs due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if the inside tags are removed from the garment. For any damage not covered under the warranty, ARMIS may offer to repair the damage for a reasonable fee. If such an offer is made, we will discuss this with the consumer, before any repairs are made.

In accordance with Health & Safety Protocols and for the security of our workers we require all garments to be cleaned prior to shipping to our facility. If your product has not been cleaned before arrival, cleaning fees will be added to your account. If your product has been cleaned prior to arriving, please provide proof or a receipt of cleaning.
