Repair Policy

Our team strives to repair your product and make it function like new again. Please note that repairs may take 5-15 weeks to repair upon us receiving it. 

If we determine the item is beyond repair, it will either be returned back to you, or we will recycle it. Credit will be sent to you in return for the recycled item.

If you would like to receive your un-repaired item back, please email us at info@armisoutdoors.com and indicate in your email that you would like your item back.

ARMIS thanks you for your patience while your item is with us. Keep in mind, repairs can take longer during peak times.
